Fashion and technology have a rapid and ceaselessly evolving relationship. The term “techno-fashion” refers to a predominantly 21st-century phenomenon, but technological advancements have shaped fashion design, fabrics, aesthetic, production, communication, and function of fashion since the early beginnings of fashion more than 200 years ago.
